In recent decade years , with social development and technological progress, distilledspirit odor type,flavor,character were developed. But all fine wines were dizzy,taste strongand gaudy, It was not satisfied by consumer. Many new odor type was created and producedbecause of requirement of consumer, simple and elegant wines was produced by unite ofshanxi fen wine and yanghe liquor It was researched in this dissertation1. Its relation was studied distiller's yeast and simple and elegant wines, and productionprocess was confirmed2. design decision was ensured3. It was compared about simple and elegant wines and fine winessimple and elegant wines---yanghe blue classic liquors ,which were studied in thisdissertation, were produced and selled. It was perfect because of aroma elegance andlightness.
