The virulence is: Cypermethrin > Deltamethrin >Cyhalothrin >S- Fenvalerate > Endosulfan > Methomyl > Omethoate >Malathion > DDVP. Cypermethrin is cheap and easy to be gained, so we will use Cypermethrin as element of new insecticide preparation in the research..2. Experiment in the lab by filtrating germicides indicated that : the biquatemary ammonium salt have the highest effect on coliform and Bacillusceneus.Considering the reciprocity of every element, their physical and chemical characters and experiment aim, biquatemary ammonium salt is the best disinfector. So we will use biquatemary ammonium salt as element of new disinfector preparation in the research..3. filtrating the prescriptions and mensurating synergism indicated: under most conditions, the mixture of Cypermethrin and biquatemary ammonium salt enhanced the effect on tested insects and bacteria, especially when they are mixed with the rate of 3:20. So the research will adopt this ratio as the prescriptions composing and content for further study.4.The results of micro emulsion small test process technics experiment showed that:The composing of 23% biquatemary ammonium salt-Cypermethrin micro emulsion was established by selecting dimethylbenzene as solvent, hexoketone as assistant surfactant, NR-3 as emulsification. Its small test technics flow was at last established by studying on the basis of process characteristics of micro emulsion indoors.5.The results of effect test outside showed that: 23% biquatemaryammonium salt-Cypermethrin micro emulsion had upper control effect on the test pathogeny and insects in the dose of 500mg/L, and it was a perfect medicament in port sanitary treatment.6.The test of Didodecyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride- beta-cypermethrin micro emultion: To mensurate the beta-cypermethrin using HPLC and the Didodecyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride with general chemistry method.Both the relatively velocity of decompose are less than 5% after placed 14d in the condition that (54 ± 2)°C.
