The use scope of super high pressure vessel is becoming more and more wider, and people s requirements with the safety performance of super high pressure vessel are also severe. Super high pressure vessel will run at the level of very high pressure and stress, so it will be a decisive factor for super high pressure vessel design and structure selection that ensures long-term, steady and safety nature in equipment running. The shell of super high pressure vessel is mainly a cylinder, one of the major questions in design is to need to change its stress distribution from the structure.The paper presents a new type structure of wire wound super high pressure vessel, on the basis of analysis of structure characteristics and force principle of present super high pressure vessel at home and abroad. This structure is that every grope wire winds crisscross on the exterior of the inner shell, it can reinforce the vessel strength at the axial and ring direction and enhance greatly the bearing force of capacity. By the analysis of new type wire wound force state, it formularizes the stress calculation. According to optimal design method, it gets the best wound angle. Meanwhile it proves that friction exists in wire wound layer and acts as a reinforcement role on circular and axial position.
