External screw steel tube has the functions of drilling, filling and fixing and has been widely used in projects of construction, road, bridge and reservoir. It can used to reinforce ramp, fix dam foundation. The economic profits are great. So the research on external screw skew rolling mill, which is the production facility of external screw steel tube, has definite practical sense.By analyzing the rolling theory, system structure and operation principle of external screw skew rolling mill, and using the technology of modeling based on feature, the three dimensional solid model of rolling system is obtained in SolidWorks. On the basis of researching the technology of FEM, the FEM analysis of roller and axis is carried out in COSMOS/Works, which is aggregated in SolidWorks. By analyzing 45 groups of rollers and axis, and summarizing the results, the effects of β1 and β2 to stress and strain in different shape rollers are obtained, which provides a reliable reference for optimizing design of roller.In this paper, modeling based on feature and FEM simulation are used in the research of rolling system of external screw skew rolling mill, it provides a academic reference for design of rolling system, and can improve the rolling quality. It also can help our country to improve the ability in this field, and have the definite application value. |
