With the improvement of people's living standard, people require the more types of beer. According to the scale of investment , economic benefits and quality, the technology of high density beer dilution is better relatively than other ones in the production of diversified beer. Recently, some corporations have introduced systems of the dilution of high density beer made in foreign countries, but each set of equipment is above a million yuan, the investment for this is relatively high; the systems made in our country, though the price is cheaper than the ones made in foreign countries, the result is not very ideal. So, developing the systems of the dilution for high-density beer has broad market prospects.PID control is one of the initial controls, its algorithm is simple, its control result is stupid and excellent, its dependability is high and ect. , these advantages make it to be used widely in industrial process control areas. The author applies the fuzzy control theory to PID control system in this thesis, utilize programmable controller to collect on-the-spot parameters, to adjust PID parameters in time, and to execute PID control to the system, then design adjustable parameter fuzzy PID controller. The author applies it to the system of the dilution for high- density beer, its advantages of flexible adjustments for parameter's changes, various algorithms, high control precision, simple and convenient have been demonstrated.With the appearance of MATLAB artificial software, make the design process of the fuzzy control system very convenient. This article provides the design of the fuzzy PID controller with the MATLAB fuzzy toolbox.The main research of the thesis includes: the summary of the systems of the dilution for high density beer; the introduction about the structure and function of the systems of the dilution for high density beer; the design of adjustable parameter fuzzy PID controller; the design of fuzzy PID controller with MATLAB: the software designs of realizing adjustable parameter fuzzy PID control to the systems of the dilution for high density beer through adopting S7-200 and ect..
