95% of the coal mines in China are underground mines, which are suffering from all kinds of severe disasters because of the restrictions of the objective factors such as the geological deposit condition of coal seam. Among all of these disasters, firedamp calamity is the biggest threat to the safety in coal production, while heavy gas accidents or even extraordinary serious gas accidents( coal or firedamp outbursts, firedamp explosion) arise frequently, which has badly influenced the safety of the employees and the continuable development of the coal industry.Grounded on the detailed analysis of the basic characteristic of the gas explosion accidents, this paper presents an driving gas explosion accident tree model including the physical factor and management factor, while introducing triangle fuzzy number to process the fuzzy probability ordering and analyzing, in order to provide the foundation for the chosen of the gas explosion intelligent early warning VR emulator's parameters.Next, the whole model of the coal mine safety real-time intelligent early warning and monitoring system is established according to the basic thinking of system metasynthesis theory. Combined with the practical demand, the focus lies on the gross structure, hardware configuration, software structure and their corresponding data flowchart of the real-time intelligent supervisory control system for the gas explosion.Finally, based on the INTEMOR platform, the expert system's repository is build, so as the private information, public information and online operation manual of hyper-media display system. The dynamic system model build on Simulink platform through VRML method is combined with virtual reality technique, to reappear the accrual situation of the heading working face so as to process the real-time monitoring and realize the Gas explosion's early warning.
