Mesh-printing, for adapting various of material, having strong adaptability of ink and with broad adjusting range of ink thickness, is welcomed. So, it's necessary to develop roller mesh-printer with higher printing speed, high precision, good performance and lower cost. On the basis of analyzing and studying roller mesh-printer at home and abroad, design a roller mesh-printer controlled by CNC, meanwhile, fully studying its key technology. First,according to printing characteristic and controlled precision of roller mesh-printer, carry out total design. On the basis of those work, build up kinetic model on its drive framework, in turn, calculate and analyze printer's starting torque, load torque. A AC servo electromotor is chosen. Secondly, a controlling project based on IPC+ PMAC is bring out, and this project has open-CNC system. The open CNC system has a master and slave structure of two microprocessor, communication between master and slave microprocessor is realized by ISA bus of IPC and DPRAM. Thirdly, design and analysis of a pneumatic portion is achieved. In printer, screen's fast assemble, automatic fix and tighten as well scrape ink board's fix and tighten, all these are controlled by pneumatic. the design of pneumatic portion will directly influence printer's performance. Based on analyzing function and logic ranking of pneumatic components, pneumatic principle plan, connect map, as well pneumatic components' model are achieved. A platform to simulate the real work situation of printer is made up, and emulational test is brought to success. Finally, the technology of PID self-adaptable control is applied to printer CNC system. In order to make the control process to the high-point, an artificial intelligence type is used to adjust parameters of PID of the CNC system. According to screen's speed and input data to PMAC is changed parameters by PC, then PMAC realizes PID's self-adaptable control.
