SMT Printer Motion Control Design And Simulation

With the constant development of science and technology,traditional mesh-printing motion control now can not fullfill more and more requirements of quality in industrial production.Since the entrance of informatization,computer technology,electrical and electronical technology,control technology theory and artificial intelligence are also advancing,which make a high precision and high speed control system happen.This article develops a screen printer motion control system based on DSP motion contoller including a hardware part and a software part.The core of hardware is the Trio company Euro205 X DSP motion controller,which can efficiently and high precisely control precision table X/Y axis,the motion controller receives control signal through RS232 and achieves intelligence control.Firstly,the hardware of motion control are comfigured,MOTECα series 120A10820 type servo moter and corresponding driver and encoder are choosen as the main hardware of drive part.Then the hardwares which we have chosen are wired.Software system is composed by programming software,main-control software,motion-control software,image-acquisition-and-processing software.Upper monitor System includes programming software and main-control software,throung this part,we can set parameters and monitor running state.Real-time motion control software recives signal and control servo execute part,colloect feedback running state to upper monitor.Servo motor motion control algorithm is the guarantee of the prcisely control,based on expounding the PMSM construction and mathematical model,this paper estublishs PMSM current loop,speed loop,position loop control model,sets triple loop parameter by engineering method.Then optimizes triple loop parameter by PSO.In allusion to the defect of vecton control,we use PSO-BP neural network model to govern speed,and the simulation shows the adaptability and robustness.at last,we analyze the dynamic model of screen printer precision table accurate positioing system,and applicate the control algorithm to DEK265 printer,and design a software for motion controller,it achieves the precisely control.The main functions of the printer motion control system are printing programming,system config and monitoring,and simulation training,this paper,we compile a training and simulation printer software by C++ language and SQL database.
