| Based on the current technique of pipe-thread measuring and the essentiality of petroleum pipe-thread measuring, a new control system of automatic petroleum pipe-thread measuring is presented creatively. The new control system combined CNC and scan measuring technology.The measuring & control theory and system constitutes is introduced in the paper, and the principle of grating sensor and scan probe is analyzed. Accord as the requirement of the actual measuring, the strategy of data acquisition for scan probe is given in the paper.Multi-axis controller adopting the advanced DSP as its core is applied in the control system, to realize the control and movement of every axis, the characteristics of motion controller is introduced. The interface circuit has been designed to meet the requirement of control system, the opening digital control system "PC + motion " has been built. And system adjustment and testing has been done.The control arithmetic is the core of the control system. The point position detect which is one of the essential scan probe arithmetic has been discussed. The continuous scan arithmetic has been studied, and the program has been developed based on this arithmetic, and it has been tested by continuously scanning different part with complex shape. The integration of the electronic generative metrology and coordinate, and the arithmetic of automatic searching center have been discussed.Abundant theoretical knowledge is well applied to the practical project in this paper. The continuous scanning of automatic petroleum pipe-thread has been achieved successfully. The automatic pipe-thread parameter measuring could be put forward with this result, and also it could work as reference to research and development of other automatic scanning measuring. |
