| When the market is more and more competitive, Effect and profit that the special color of the products of packaging has brought in commodity sale have caused great concern of package and printing enterprise, so many strength companies are more deep love with special color printing ink in mounting and printing of product. But the method of tradition match colors that based on experience accumulate hasn't met the need of enterprise developing. Along with the development of computer and the popularization of match colors apparatus, people have could used figure enunciate match colors process and accurately computing, which was only depend on experiences and sense formerly. This study firstly based on Kubelka-Munk law, and adopted the method of three stimulate value match, then established mathematical model of hectograph special color printing ink that was about tricolor ink. Moreover it presented calculation method of parameter that was necessary to answer model. And then precision of model was advanced by iterative method. Lastly, model precision was tested by practical application of match colors. Experiment proved the model was simply and efficient method to settle match colors problem, but model precision was affected by limited experiment condition, so bring obvious warp toresult of match colors. This paper presented comprehensive analysis effectfactor and put forward several better idea, so that provide reference value to relative research operator. |
