| Grid fabric is a tubular ones used in compact spinning system. Frompast research, it is found that most grid uses nylon as its primarymaterial, for nylon has good abrasion resistence. But high elasticity andelongation of the fiber also brings huge weaving problems, which is oneof main reason that the product could only depend on import. At the sametime, grid fabric used now has a positive function on some range of countyarns, but little function of small count ones. As a result, weaving willbe used to produce some suitable products in the paper.In the paper, some factors affecting products property were analyzedand perfect process route were confirmed. It was discussed from twoaspects: first, preparation of grid(preparation and sizing of nylonfiber). Second, weaving of grid fabric(research of weavability, weaving,weaving process, and etc.After analyzing, some deduction is confirmed. First, the product hasapproached import very much, not only in outer dimension, but also on mainproperties. Second, best weaving-process parameter: symmetry degree is0.5~1, back roll height is 6cm more than front one. Third, weavingpreparation process: heddle draft is section, reed-in uses special yarns.Finally, the product can match import one that using 2/1 twill as basicweave, and 60~70D nylon as material, and 60 roots/cm.Finally, this dissertion illustrates the prospects of the developingdirection of this topic. |
