Furthermore, open system structure is easy to implement CIMS in the factory, and realize the information industry. According CNC development direction of current world, I have researched and developed this open soft CNC system base on Windows. To these difficult problems in the course of development such as real-time control technology, interrupt dispose technology, tool management, screw error compensation, tool radius compensation of C type, the paper provides rational method to resolve. At the present time, I have completed this CNC system and it is used on industrial field (which is successful to match with high precision milling machine produced by Hanchuan machine tool limited company of ShanXi province) .
