Research On Recycle Economy Evaluation And Applying For REIA

This research has been started for reasons that recycle economy evaluation hasn't been required in REIA and there hasn't a set of applicable and recommendable evaluation indicator system for recycle economy, which are arrived by inducing, summing-up and researching on basic theory of recycle economy and REIA. The thesis constructed a set of evaluation indicator system for recycle economy, which includes layers of system layer, indicator layer and sub-indicator layer. Weightings of indicator system have been determined by Delphi method. Both of qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation are included in the evaluation process. Three different kinds of evluation model have been constructed for quantitative evaluation. Case study of Chaohu Economic and Technical Development Zone has been carried out in this thesis. Which has got a mark of 0. 323 in composite indexes of recycle economy development. It is ranked of level IV, which belongs to lower level. Main problems of recycle economy development in Chaohu Economic and Technical Development Zone has been analyzed. Suggestions of recycle economy evalution has been brought forward for REIA.
