| The article narrates a new flocculant's progress about making CTS with poly-silicit and phosphoric aluminum and iron (PSiPAFC) mixed. CTS is one of the natural and a small quantity of cation poly-electrolyte with no toxin and easier biodegradation. CTS shows cation poly-electrolyte character along with amino protonation dissolving in the acid solution. It can absorb negative charge grains. CTS comes from waste shrimps which reduces the costs in this text. PSiPAFC is a production of aluminum and ferric salt combined with sodium silicate and sodium phosphate, which is dissolved by acid from waste pop cans.The article is divided into three parts. The one is the preparation of CTS. The second is the preparation of PSiPAFC. The third is the combination of the former two. In the first part, the highest viscosity of CTS made in the lab is 325 centipoises (CP,mPa/s), which is compared with high viscosity CTS (790CP) bought in market, and the better CTS is chose for later use. In the second part, the best condition is investigated about dissolving aluminum and iron. The aluminum's best condition is that the ratio of HCl and HNO3 is 4 tol, the actual dosage ratio is 28 to 7 and the temperature is 85℃. The iron's best condition is that the ratio of HCl and HNO3 is 5 tol, the actual quantity ratio is 30 to 6 and the temperature is 100℃. Then we prepare PSiPAFC through the orthogonal experimental design and confirm its best dosage in the simulate wastewater. The condition is that the ratio of nsi/n[Al/Fe] comes to 1 to 1, nAlnFe to 5 to 5 and np/n[Al/Fe] to 0.10. The best dosage is 0.5ml in per 300ml wastewater (that is 83.3mg/l).In the third part, different viscidity CTS (21CP,325CP, 790CP) are mixed with PSiPAFC through different mass ratio (1:1, 1:5,1:10). We get the best flocculent and dosage through used in simulate wastewater and paper making black liquor, comparing with other flocculent at the same time. The research shows that when the ratio of CTS (790CP) and PSiPAFC reaches l:5(w/w), the remove rate in the simulate wastewater reaches 99.9%, and the best dosage is 0.2ml in per 300ml wastewater (that is 26.7mg/l); when the ratio of CTS (325CP) and PSiPAFC reaches l:l(w/w), the remove rate of CODCr in the simulate wastewater is 59.0%, and the best dosage is 150mg/1. The remnant CODCr is 761mg/l comparing with the original wastewater's concentration's 1291mg/1. It has a better effect than pure CTS,PSIPAFC and PAC. And then we use the later indye wastewater's treatment. The result shows that the highest remove rate of chroma and CODcr can reach respectively 98.7% and 71.0% respectively. |
