| From the view of optimization design, this paper gives the optimization design objective function and restrict condition of large-size TQITSE series four-row tapered bearing and selects a proper optimization design method to design the main parameters of supported roller bearing. After optimal designing, the Dynamic-Load-ratings increases 7.8%, comparing with the traditional experience design of the same type bearing.By analyzing and computing the force of big rib of bearing and the force of cone and cup raceway, the contact stress between the tapered roller and bearing raceway is computed and the form of crowned roller is selected; The influence of bearing interference fit and temperature on bearing radial internal clearance are studied; the proper grease is selected to achieve the longest service life of bearing.This paper clearly gives the emphasis and difficulty in bearing manufacture and the control method. By these efforts, the life of the domestic bearing comes up with Imported bearing.The domestic research of supported roller bearing achieves a great achievement. |
