With the development of spinning machines in the direction of high speed and reliability,more requirements are needed in the supporting structure,performance and reliability of the needed bearings.The shaft type double row angular contact ball bearing has characteristics of high speed,high rigidity and long life,and it has been successfully applied in the textile machinery.This kind of bearings has the disadvantage of complex to design,and the manufacture processes are complex,so this kind of bearing was mainly rely on imports.In this paper,the high-speed air spinning bearing is studied,the requirements of enterprises is also considered.The structure optimization design,performance analysis,manufacture processes research and performance testing are conducted in this study,which is of great value in the nationalization of high-speed air spinning bearing.In this paper,the high-speed air spinning bearing is studied,the structure characteristics,working condition and usage of such bearing are also considered.To begin with,the optimization of the main parameters are conducted in the selection of the objective function,constraint conditions to determine and optimize the design problem solving ways.The main parameters of bearing are established and the mathematical model of the optimization design,the solving methods and programs are also carried out.What is more,the bearing groove curvature radius coefficient,groove position,clearance,and maintaining the frame and seal the structure parameters are also studied.Additionally,the method of quasi statics analysis is considered,and the computer programming to help design the parameters are also considered.Finally,the performance testing experiments are conducted.The results show that,the high-speed air spinning bearing in this study is of great dimensional accuracy and meets the requirements very well.Through this study,the main parameters of high-speed air spinning bearing and the key structural parameters optimization design method are established,besides,the idea of the quasi statics analysis is also considered,which is of great value in making up for the deficiency of domestic design.The results of this study can be used as theory evidence of high-speed air spinning bearing design and optimization.
