| Accompanying by the rapid development of aero-industry in the world, the blades are being largely applied in gas turbine, with work circumstances becoming more severe, moreover, due to the more sophisticated non-regular spatial multi-curvaceous surfaces of blades required by aero-dynamic, that is a rigorous test for blades manufacture and challenge for blades research and manufacture quality. Nowadays, there are many drawbacks by using grinding for curvaceous surfaces of blades adapt normal traditional mechanical special machine, for example, difficult to meet the requirement of diversity and small batch production; changing process need to take a long time and cost; lead-time delay in trial production, unstable product quality, and blades burned All these problems would reduce the company' s competitiveness in the market. In order to shorten the lead-time of research and manufacture, to improve the manufacture quality and efficiency, to reduce the manufacture cost, to enhance the company' s competitiveness in the market, to increase the reliability of blades of gas turbine, this article went into deeply for NC sand belt grinding machine, through using NC theorem and modern maturity technology of NC machine, combining the long term manufacturing experience of curvaceous surfaces of blades, researching and studying over and over, less fund invested, 9 NC sand belt grinding machines have been developed successfully, which being applied to manufacture and full production for blades. The article mainly focused on the study ofstructure design of NC sand belt grinding machine and relevant manufacturing process technology. The design requirement is defined by-analyzing for property of structure and technical requirement and manufacturing process of blades. Based on design requirement, general structure design concept for research and manufacture of NC sand belt grinding machine been rose, designed main structure and system in particular, defined justified design parameter for component and system, met design requirement finally. The article discussed the installation and adjustment of NC sand belt grinding machine and to raise a proposal where need to pay attention. Finally, to verify the capability and index of the NC sand belt grinding machine whether meet using requirement, to explore the quality of blades machined by the NC sand belt grinding machine, a batch of Stage No. 1 Compressor Blades for turbo jet of military aviation been manufactured by NC sand belt grinding machine. Not only the potential risk of blades burn been eradicated, but also the quality consistency of blades is better defined by the capability and index of NC sand belt grinding machine meet the destined requirement compare to that manufactured by traditional mechanical special machine. Meanwhile, some insufficiency of NC sand belt grinding machine been found through analyze for structure of NC sand belt grinding machine and the quality of blades been manufactured by it, stable some proposal to improve capacity index, manufacture precision and manufacture efficiency in the further. |
