The experiment had studied these aspects about ACF desulfurization catalyzer, reactor used by laboratory , Gas-Liquid-Solid three phases ACF catalyzed desulfurization intrinsic kinetics, macro-kinetics and Gas-Solid two phases ACF catalyzed desulfurization macro-kinetics, in order to research FGD technology of new type carbon method and generalize its application.First, using a batch stirring type reactor, I had studied surface character of ACF by impregnation, and had the conclusion that surface chemical character has more influence to ACF desulfurization and CsNO3 can improve desulfurization efficiency and period of ACF.On the base of reactor, I had experimentalized about intrinsic kinetics of ACF, the data of reaction rate without external and pore diffusion resistances was obtained. It was found the rate equation by the following model:r = 0.2626exp(?C0.6so2884C0.0561, E=9607.6J/mol. Then this equation had been RTput the examination and was found the error was very little. Basing on it ,1 had studied reaction mechanism of ACF catalyzed desulfurization.Secondly, I had manufactured Gas-Liquid-Solid Three Phase Spinning Reactor(TRSR-A) which could suitable for my examination . Using this reactor, the data of reaction rate without external diffusion resistances was obtained. It was found the rate equation by thefollowing model: R= 0.00163exp(?C1.173 C?1023 , E = 3908.53J/mol.TheRTparameters of model above were estimated using the non-linear least square. Comparing the calculated values by model with the experimental results, it was observed the error were small and variance predicted by model conformed to the experimental variance, the model is very plausible. Moreover it was required the result of perpendicular and found the influence factors in the experiment. At last, it was found that experimental catalyze efficiency factor conformed to the theoryefficiency factor. It showed that ACF can be used in the industrial design. Finally , I had tried the Gas-Solid grain macro-kinetics experiment. Theequation was required by following: R = 0.00263exp(?)C1.3162 C?7993, E =RT3426. 46J/mol. Moreover it was required that most feasible reaction conditions ,so these experiment prepared for the farther experiments.
