| Water-soluble sulfonated acetone-formaldehyde (SAF) resin is a kind of aliphatic sulfonate and is used as a high rang water reducing agent. Because of its high efficiency of reducing obstacle and good temperature-resistance, it is widely used in the oil drilling industry. Considering the resemble of the oil well cement and the ordinary structural cement and other advantages as small dosage in use, good disperse characteristic, the raw materials is easy to get and the temperature has little effect on the water- reducing efficiency, it was chosen as the object of investigation.Water-soluble sulfonated acetone-formaldehyde (SAF) resins were synthesized by the reaction of acetone, formaldehyde and sodium bisulfite. In this thesis, the effect of the different reactional conditions on the dispersive property of the polymers were investigated systemically. Including such contents as follows:1.By studying the disperse property of the SAF, we can see such factors as different proportion of the material, temperature, time and the pH of the solution that can affect the properties of the SAF. Then the optical proportion of the material and the best technology of the reaction were selected.2.The structure of the polymers were represented by infrared spectrum, The water-reducing mechanism of SAP was analyzed by measuring the surface activity and the adsorptive capacity of SAF on the surface of the CaCO3, also by testing its zeta electric potential. It was proved that SAT is a kind of non-air-entraining& water-reducing agent. The water-reducing effect was generated by the absorption, lubricating ,stereo resistance and the static repulsion of the -OH, -C=O, - SO3 on the surface of the solid particle.3.The effect of the different molecular weight of the SAF on the water-reducing efficiency was researched and the optical molecular weight of SAF as a water-reducing agent was 1.8xl04,and S/C was 0.29.4.By measuring the compressive strength and pervasion resistant and the erode of the reinforcing steel bar of the concrete, also by analyseing the SEC of the pure concrete and the concrete with the SAF, we can conclude that SAF is a kind of high rang waterAbstractreducing agent. At the same proportion of W/C, the fluidity of the concrete with this kind of high water-reducing agent has improved greatly compared to the same concrete without the water-reducing agent. The compressive strength ,pervasion resistant and the erode of the reinforcing steel bar of the concrete has also enhanced. S.The SEM analysis of the pure concrete and the concrete with SAP shows that by adding SAP to the concrete can greatly improve its microcosmical structure. 6.By investigating the dosage, nethod of adding SAP, we can see the method of the adding material can effect the d sage and disperse property of SAP .It can remarkably improve the compatibility of the fresh concrete by addition 0.7% at the same time, the mechanical property and the endurance also were improved.7.By method of ion exchange, the charges form of the metal ion in SAP were changed and the property of it was tested. It shows that the metal ion of different charges form can effect the water-reducing efficiency of SAP. The higher the charges form of the metal ion in SAP ,the lower water-reducing efficiency and disperse of SAP. S.The effect of the sort of the metal ion on the SAP is caused by some factors that affect the hydrate products of the cement such as the charges form of the metal ion and the change of the ion radius. |
