| The carpet factory ofYanshan petrochemical company introduced photoelectric jacquard weave control system of high-low loop pile set from American TUFTCO Company in the beginning of the 1980s, the system exists lots of disadvantages, such as oversize control cabinet's volume, complex circuitries, the quantity of photoelectric cell and otherwise element devices being excessive, easily aging and so on. In addition, it also has the defects that are pattern fabrication process being complex, period being long, expenses being considerable and malfunction frequency, etc. In the present paper, based on 875H single-chip microcomputer series, the photoelectric jacquard weave control system is rebuilt by use of basic theories, such as digital circuit and artificial circuit, automatic control, and the application of computer in the industrial control for the practical problems. In the process of its reconstruction, digital pattern pixel way was adopted, by the choice of control system project, drive clutch loop element and processors by the detection of state of drive clutch loop were chosen.In the present paper, new computerized jacquard weaves control system was designed and developed, which transformed carpet art design into digitizing pixel pattern firstly, then further converted into carpet design, and finally realized the pattern design and fabrication. The remodeled jacquard weaves control system was composed of 875H single-chip microcomputer, pattern memorizer, input switching value, output switching value, current hold register, liquid crystal display screen and controller, clutch drive and detection circuit, power supply and control software.In comparison with photoelectric jacquard weaves control system, the computerized jacquard weaves control system has lots of as following advantages: pattern being stored in EPROM , rapidly and economically fabrication , service life being long, any pattern which can be manufactured , the pattern being not deformation, replacing being convenient; adopting non-touch proximity switch, electric signal being in synchronism with main frame directly, non-existing any movable components, function being reliable, power consumption being nonexistent; the electric current which passes the clutch loop was directly detected by use of electric means and displayed on the liquid crystal display screen, all faults can be diagnosed, which brings great conveniences for maintenance. Because the clutch current can check itself during the operation, once something is wrong, the computerized jacquard weaves control system can automatically stop, which is unable to produce degraded products and result in economics losses.For the development of the system, from design fabrication, assembly to debugging in site, the development outlay is far less than that of imported computerized jacquard weaves control system. The development success of the computerized jacquard weaves control system of our factory provides a new path for computer control of pile carpet jacquard weave system of our nation.The developed computerized jacquard weaves control system of high-low loop pile set has been applied successfully in practical production, which not only saves vast funds and improves the production output and quality of high-low loop pile carpet, but also becomes a precedent of self-remodeling photoelectric jacquard weave control system. |
