By extracting the leaves of Tilia mongolica using different solvents respectively, different kinds of extracts were obtained. 5 ingradients were isolated by utilizing column chromatograph, TLC, recrystallization techniques. The final structures of 5 compounds were identified by IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR&DEPT, HMQC, HMBC, COSY of 2D NMR data and other chemical data. They are B-amyrin acetate, B-amyrin, B -sitosterol and alkane(from Pentadecane to Hexatriacontane). The oil parts of extracts were analyzed by capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS); 59 compounds were identified and their relative contents were determined by normalization method of area. These constituents represent 86.08% of the total peak areas. The properties and potential applications in anti-Anolophora Glabripennis of the isolated 5 compounds and the identified 59 compounds of oil extracts have been discussed.Meanwhile, the extracts were used for experiments of inhibiting ova and larva of Anolophora Glabripennis. The results show that petroleum ether extract exhibits strong inhibiting effect on incubation of ova and growth of larva, which indicate that chemical substances in the leaves of Tilia Mogolica play major role for inhibiting Anolophora Glabripennis. A major clue may have been provided for selecting potential active compounds with inhibiting Anolophora Glabripennis further. Therefore, target molecule or molecules would be established. |
