| Steel wire rope was layed by high strength steel wires, which has been special treatment. For it has many advantages such as good impact absorption capability and lightweight, was widely used in harbor dock, mine and so on. But the properties of steel wire made in China is still worse than import, unable to accomplish the meet of nation.In this paper, we first to study different fabrication technology, results show the properties of the wire by the optimization technology are higher then by the former technology. Then we to compare the steel wire rod made in China and in abroad, pointed out the query of the steel wire rope made in China. Then analyzed the factors effected the property of steel wire rod through chemical composition, impurity and heat treatment process. Aim for the steel wire rod's made with two different process, to compare the chemical composition, microstructure and mechanical property, the effect of steel wire rod fatigue are discussed emphatically. Then we analyzed the difference in steel wire rod's chemical composition and mechanical property made in the four steel wire rod factories by using mathematical statistics, and the relatives of tensile strength and chemical composition in each factory were obtained by using linear regression, then analyzed the reliability of different factories. Through these researches, we hope we can provide a useful theoretical evidence for XianYang factory. |
