| Plastic Bulge Forming is a new plastic processing technology introduced from metal processing field. This paper firstly introduced the concept and classifies of bulging forming. The advantages and disadvantages among different kinds of shaping methods are compared. And on the basis of the applications of bulging forming technology in metal field, the bulge forming technology are summarized from literatures. And the applications of solid state processing technology in plastic field are discussed.This paper emphasize on the PARAMETRIC and OPTIMIZATION of plastic bulging forming method. And take PLASTIC T_TUBE as instance.This paper established a set of method to study specific problem. Adopting this method we can improve study efficiency evidently and reduce study cost and spare our efforts. What's more, we can get vivid results of processing course and veracious results of every single parameter. It comes out to be a good method.On the basis of particular study and profound comprehension of specific theory and experiments, the elements of this processing are pointed out. This paper also classified the forms of different lapses of tube. And corresponded them to simulation results clearly. All these done lay a stable basis for the coming analysis and optimization. Based on that, this paper starts complete simulation of plastic t-tube and studied the results, then optimized some parameter using ANSYS. And finally summarize out a current matching chart. This method can define the equipment and technology parameter exactly. The strongpoint of the method can be state as follows: firstly, To introduce the parametric concept into simulation scheme, then the scheme has instructive meanings for all processing technology; secondly, optimization makes statistics and analysis of simulation results easier, and can get more vivid results from limited results.Finally, the whole research working are summarized. And put forward the valuable study direction in plastic bulging forming method in the future. |
