Research and development new drugs need several stages which including research in the lab, biological model test, clinical test and industrialized manufacture. The two important processes in the TCM production---sediment and concentrate operate unites have been discussed in this thesis. The result shows that in the sediment modes, the temperature and the diameter of the grains all will affect the velocity of the sediment; and the different forms of prepared drugs need different kinds of equipments and modes; and at last, this thesis gives out a way how to choice feasible sediments modes and conditions for different mechanics materials and forms of prepared drugs. From the study of the relation between the concentrate temperature and pressure in different mechanics materials and the effects of these two factors to the concentrate solutions, this thesis set up the operations model of varied mechanics materials. It is established a draft that can be assembled about 17 kinds of technics. It is about distill, sediment, out-side cycle concentrate, scrape concentrate, chromatography. This draft adopts the DCS to supervise the whole process of the preparation. It can provide design and operation factors to the industrialized production and contrast many produce conditions and give out the best one. To make different routes, it only need change the ControlX HMI without change the uniting of equipments. In the same amount of disposal, the investment is 20% off than the normal lab equipments, and the operational cost is 60% off.It used the same technics to distill the Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge and Rabdosia rubessens (Hemsl.) Hara in lab mode and industrial mode set up by this thesis. It contracted the quality of the productions produced by two modes and analyzed the causes.In a word, this TCM DCS of industrialized mode developed by this thesis can guarantee consistency and stability of the quality of products in the research and development of TCM and in the process of production. The DCS can reduce the investment and operation cost in R&D of new medicine. To the improvement of R&D mode of new medicine and the self-control of the production process, the implement and popularization of this achievement has important theoretical and instructional meanings and demonstrated function.
