Study Of The Cement Industry Cleaner Production Audit Mode

Being a systemic and integrate sustainable development strategy, Cleaner Production (CP) is an effective way to benefit enterprise, environment and society simultaneity. Cleaner production is composed of cleaner raw material, cleaner production process and cleaner products. Cleaner production process, which means adopting cleaner production technologies to reduce energy consumption and pollution, to achieve highly efficient usage, and finally to reach the integrality of enterprise, environment and society benefit.There are so many available strategies to realize cleaner production, thus, under restricted manpower, material resources and financial conditions, it is vital importance to find an easy way to pick out the best strategy provided with economic and environmental benefit. For cleaner production strategy is related with various aspects of enterprise, whether technologies or management. During the auditing process, the adopted strategy should to meet the demands of multifarious problems and to ensure objectivity and scientific, Cleaner Production Auditing (CPA) is the core of selecting proper CP strategy.Cement plant is a serious polluting industry of high-energy consumption, high-resource input and high-pollution discharge, especially the dust and noise pollution. Therefore, it is a great potentiality to implement cleaner production in cement plant, and it is very significant to estimate and evaluate the level of CP, then to promote enterprises to carry out the CP. In this dissertation, based on systematic literature investigation and extensive survey on the CP experimental unit—Lunan Zhonglian cement plant, using CP theories centered by CPA, analyzing cement CP models, exploring the principle for CP assessment, a set of assessment criterion combined with enterprise statistic system and easy to adopt is being established. The main contribution of this study is bring the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis together to judge CP strategies, which is always leave apart in traditional methods. Furthermore, the feasibility for actualizing cleaner production was also studied.
