The effect on LD30/Cu contact relative brazing of Cu thickness , heat temperature , time of heat preservation and pressure on joint have been studied in this article by changing Parameters above and making use of the methods Micro-Photographs , X-ray , strength and energy spectrum .Meanwhile how to get an ideal joint by changing the Parameters has also been discussed.The results suggest the joint is not ideal if the Cu layer is too thin or too thick, and it is very important for existing some eutectic substance in brazed seam. The joint is not ideal until the Cu thickness , heat temperature , time of heat preservation and pressure on joint are appropriate .The results also suggest that the joint is better than other joints when the heat temperature is 580 , the time of heat preservation is 20 minute and the pressure on the joint is 6000 gram.
