| In the assey the author presented in brief at first the concasting procession flow and the oil contained wastewater, its oringin and quantity. He introduced the current situation of treatment technology of the oil contained concasting wastewater, the prevalant treatment procession and the existing defects. In the follwing paragraph, he dissertated the application of new technology of "Magnetization-High efficiency oil Deposition removal in skew low lever-Filtering",(briefly MDF), in the treatment of oil contained concasting wastewater: ie., the oil contained waster water discharged from FeO scraps channel in the concasting production line was descaling first after depositon in the rotational flowing pool, and then it was sent to the electric-magnetic magnetizing aplliances by pressured pumps, the FeO scraps were the magnetized and had remanence, after that, the wastewater came into the the facility of high efficiency oil deposition removal in skew low lever. In the end the purified water was pumped into the cooling tower for cooling, and finally pumped to the users for circular using after the high efficiency automatic filteration of "Filtmat".Upon the new treatment technology of wastewater, the author analyzed the deposition principle of suspends of wastewater in the rotational flowing pool and the factors affecting the centrifugal separating effects. He also introduced the designing of the rotational flowing pool and the principles of magnetization for wastewater treatment and its effect and facilities. He dissertated the deposition principles of suspends and oil removal in the skew plates in the deposition pool and its designing. He presented the principles of self-cleaning automatic filter and the facility type. In the operation and detection in the past one year the new treatment procession was proved to be perfect,with purified water with suspends less then 20mg/L and oil less then 5mg/L. It is easy for both operation and maintain and easy to control, proved to be safe and reliable. It consumed less energy and with low cost. The treatment procession was full automatic. The dirty circular wastewater from con-casting machine realized full circular with no discharging and no corrosion or scales. The mud of FeO and waste oil was recycled for use. Comparing with traditional treatment, 400,000t of new water and 654,000Kw.h of electricity were saved annually. In this meaning it was an energy-water saving and environmental protective technology. It was complied with the existing environmental protection law and regulation of Chinese Government, with remarked benefits for the company and the society. It realized the green production and the technology would be applied broadly in metal companies, eg. waster water treatment system for blast furnace gas cleaning and converter smoke cleaning, oil contained waster water from con-casting and steel rolling process, etc.. |
