Abstract/Summary:
The conventional anaerobic and aerobic treatment of swine wasterwater treatment has little ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N) removal effect,and the digested effluent easy to acidification,adding alkali will increase the running costs.This paper studied the debugging and operation of a swine water treatment project in Yichun of Jiangxi province,the research shows as follows:1 The Anarwia process is used to treate the swine wasterwater.The water quality has large amelioration when addition of raw wasterwater rate at 30%.The effluent COD,NH3-N,SS are 76.2 mg/L,27.6 mg/L,31.8 mg/L respectively,and COD, NH3-N,SS removal rat are 98.8%,90.6%,92.7%respectively.The effluent quality can reach the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Livestock and Poltry Breeding (GB 18596-2001).2 The UASB effluent COD is between 739 to 1082 mg/L when the inffluent COD is between 5300 to 7400 mg/L,COD removal rate is between 83.6%to 87%, the volume load is about 3.3 kg/(m3·d).The UASB effluent pH is between 6.9 to 7.2 at the condition that the influent pH is 6 to 7,the reactor has a strong cushioning capacity.Temperature can influence COD removal rate through influence microbial activity.The relationship between substrate removal rate and temperature in UASB reactor accord with the equationrT= 80.32×1.0095(T-20),The relationship between COD removal rate and influent concentration accord with the equationη=-3.16/S0 +0.8487.3 The influent COD and NH3-N concentration of SBR reactor are between 2100 to 2900 mg/L and 240~340 mg/L respectively though addition 30%of raw wasterwater to anaerobic digestion,the effluent COD and NH3-N concentration of SBR reactor are 350 to 650 mg/L and 45 to 80 mg/L respectively,the COD and NH3-N removal rates are 79.6%and 74.7%respectively in SBR reactor.4 The relationship between COD removal rate and influent concentration in SBR reactor accord with the equationη=2.17/S0+0.7904,the relationship between NH3-N removal rate and influent concentration accord with the equationη=-50.23/S0 + 0.9208 at 8 hours HRTs.
