What software develops is an applied software based on the operating system of Windows. The software adopts Visual C++6.0 and acts as development tool. The main function of the software is to accomplish computer control during NC control process. The software has friendly man-machine interfaces.Because the system runs on the Windows 9X terrace, the interface imitates an operation plate of SINUMERIK 802C/S NC system. The system has the good man-machine interface and the simple operation function. It can auto-identify the standard G code and has the ability of finding out mistakes. It can process and imitate according to the borning G code all kinds of CAD/ CAM software ( such as Mastercam and Pro/E).The research results have proved that the system can be used for a lot of situations NC process. But because the system works based on PC, the system's stability should be further perfected through comparing with specific NC system.
