| The technology of ASP compound flooding has been developed from the 1980s, which is derived from Alkaline flooding, surfactant flooding and polymer flooding. ASP compound flooding not only can enhance the displacement efficiency but also can enlarge the sweep volume of displacing phase by the synergistic effect among oil displacement agents. The researchers in DaQing Oil Field have studied the technology of ASP compound flooding and have done some lease experiment from the 1990s. But the cost of the petroleum sulfonate used in ASP compound flooding is high for it is imported from other countries. In recent years, there are a lot of researches on the synthesis of petroleum sulfonate. Because there are some differences in the properties among the different oil fields, it is necessary to make use of the local rich raw material to produce suitable petroleum sulfonate.We did sulfonation experiment with two sulfonating systems (oleum system and SO3 system). Of 5 oil distillation fractions, three (1#, 2#, 3#) raw materials were selected out. And then using them we did series of single factor tests and orthogonal experiments to study the influences factors in every step of the synthesis process, such as sulfonation, unreacted H2SO4 separation and oil extraction. Then, we did IFT performance evaluation test and oil displacement experiments on the specimen.Using oleum as sulfonating agents, 1# and 2# oil distillitions as raw materials, the effects of oleum/raw material weight ratio , sulfonation temperature and sulfonation time on the product yield and the IFT were studied, besides this experiment has done elementary test on the unreacted H2SO4 and unreacted oil separation. The result shows: when the oleum/raw material is 0.4, sulfonation temperature is 50℃, sulfonation time is 50min, 1# can be sulfonated into DYE-1A, and the NaOH-S-P(DYE-lA as surfactant ) compound flooding can low the interfacial tension between oil and water of Oil recovery plant NO.2 of Daqing oilfield to 1.68 × 10-5 mN-m-1; when the oleum/raw material is 0.45, sulfonation temperature is 50℃, sulfonation time is 50min, 2℃ can be sulfonated into DYE-2A, and the Na2CO3-S-P(DYE-2A as surfactant ) compound flooding can low the interfacial tension between oil and water of Oil recovery plant NO.3 of Daqing oilfield to 3.84 ×Using SO3 as sulfonating agent, 1# and 2# oil distillitions as raw materials, the effects of SO3/raw material weight ratio, sulfonation temperature and SO3 concentration on the product yield and the IFT were studied. The result shows: when SO3/raw material is 0.10, sulfonation temperature is 60 ℃, SO3 concentration is 5%, 1# can be sulfonated into DYE-IB, and the NaOH-S-P(DYE-lB as surfactant ) compound flooding can low the interfacial tension between oil and water of Oil recovery plant NO.2 of Daqing oilfield to 5.28 × 10-5 mN-m-1; when SO3/raw material is 0.11, sulfonation temperature is 55℃, SO3 concentration is 10%, 2℃ can be sulfonated into DYE-2B, and the Na2CO3-S-P(DYE-2B as surfactant ) compound flooding can low the interfacial tension between oil and water of Oil recovery plant NO.3 of Daqing oilfield to 8.71×10-4mN-m-1.In addition, we did elementary study on the sulfonation of mixed raw materials with oleum, the result shows that the product performance is better than single raw material sulfonation product.The experiment data and the conclusion in this paper can offer some reference to the Petroleum sulfonate synthesis and the ASP compound flooding system composition. |
