Recently, the raw materials of papermaking become more and more scarce in the world. As people trying to develop some new raw materials for paper-making, wastepaper was found to has a great sense in saving raw materials, reducing cost, lightening pollution and saving energy sources as recycled resources. Accordingly, the actual status of the recycled wastepaper is improved. Deinking is the key of wastepaper recycling. At present, traditional alkaline deinking method is used in most deinking plant. On account of the price of the agent abroad was very high, we assumed to work over a kind of deinking agent, which had low price and good performance, in order to meet the requirement of the wastepaper recycling situation of our country.Alkaline deinking agents named h and g* with high performance-price ratio were developed by composing nonionic surfactants and anionic surfactants in the second chapter of this thesis, which took advantages of all kinds of surfactants used. Compared with imported deinking agent, the performance of h and g* reached the same level and they all had superiority of low price over it.Deinking processes optimization for h, g* and soap were researched in the third chapter of this thesis. The best deinking conditions were found with American waste newspaper, as follows:The best conditions for deinking agent g* were: pulping consistency, 10%; pulping temperature, 60 C; pulping time, 20min; heating preservation time, 15min; flotation temperature, 45 C; flotation time, 8min; flotation consistency, 0.8%; deinking agent g* dosage, 0.1%; deinking agent addition point, 70% in pulper and 30% in flotation cell; Na2SiO3 dosage, 3%; EDTA dosage, 0.2%; NaOH dosage, 1 %; H2O2 dosage, 2%; Na2SO4 dosage, 1 %.The best conditions for deinking agent h were: pulping consistency, 10%; pulping temperature, 60 C; pulping time, 20min; no heating preservation; flotation temperature, 60 C; flotation time, 8min; flotation consistency, 0.8%; deinking agent dosage, 0.1%; deinking agent addition point, 30% in pulper and 70% in flotation cell; Na2SiO3 dosage, 3%; EDTA dosage, 0.2%; NaOH dosage, 1%; H2O2 dosage, 2%; Na2SO4 dosage, 1%.The best conditions for deinking agent soap were: pulping consistency, 10%; pulping temperature, 50 C; pulping time, 20min; heating preservation time,15min; flotation temperature, 45 C; flotation time, 8min; flotation consistency, 0.8%; soapdosage, 0.6%; soap addition point, 70% in pulper and 30% in flotation cell; Na2SiO3 dosage, 3%; EDTA dosage, 0.2%; NaOH dosage, 1%; H2O2 dosage, 2%.With aid of Pulmac Pemeability Tester, PCD and Zeta potential tester, the properties of deinked pulp and deinking waste water were studied also.
