| Based on the characteristics of tea in our country, both theoretical and practical research of stalk-sorting is dealt systematically with. It realizes stalk-sorting by optical and mechanical and microelectronic techniques.First of all, the paper analyses respective working principal, construction advantages and disadvantages of tea stalk-sorting machines which are now available. Simultaneously, some mass of tea and stalk are practically studied and tested, such as shape, color. It suggests a separating way based on the color and shape of tea and stalk.Secondly, much attention has been paid on the technique and tactics of the photo-electronic tea stalk-sorting machine controlled by microcomputer. Thus, it determines the hardware system based on the chip of AT89C51, and the software system based on the MCS-51, and the joint of both.At last, integrated considering the value of the tea stalk-sorting machine, it applies to a more suitable and improved standard. The machine practically achieves the predicted target, and can be used for replacing manual method, according to the test results and analysis. |
