| To satisfy the needs using a portable erosion wind tunnel to carry out field soil erosion research, this paper develops a set of software system to carry out data acquisition, analysis and process of wind tunnel on the general-purpose computer by means of theories of modern test technologies and ideas of virtual instruments based on configuring the hardware test system of aerodynamic characteristics of portable erosion wind tunnel making use of LabVIEW. The system of virtual instruments can complete real-time checking and testing for airflow quality of airflow field of wind tunnel such as airflow stability, velocity equality, pressure gradient on the direction of axis, turbulence intensity and among others, and data acquisition and analysis in field experimentation, and it can conveniently store data, present waveform, analyze and process data on the spot and afterwards, and plot the charts of wind profile, soil erosion profile as well as correlation analysis related to soil erosion factors such as wind velocity, vegetation overcast, soil humidity, total Aeolian rate, surface roughness and among others. The paper also realizes the connection with Excel by dynamic data exchange that expands the function of the system, and offers the reference data for the checking of portable erosion wind tunnel by testing the wind profile and surface roughness of field representative surface. |
