The Synthesis Of Hybrid Photoinitiators And Polymeric Photosensitive Assistants In UV Curing

In this article, some new photoinitiators and photosensitive assistants were prepared.With dimethylaminobenzoic acid used as raw material, three kind of photosensitive assistants were synthesized in this paper ,all of them were identified by HNMR and UV-visible spectrum. In particular, the condition of synthesizing the 2-Hydroxy-3-methacryloxypropyl p-dimethylaminobenzoate was dicussed.A novel hybrid photoinitiator which has new structure was designed, in addition , the reaction route that we designed was simple and the reaction condition was mild.A novel kind of hybrid photoinitiators were synthesized, all of which were new compounds. All of them were identified by IR photoacoustic spectrum, HNMR and UV-visible spectrum. In particular, the condition of synthesizing the (4-benzoyl-4'-phenoxy) (phenyl)iodoniumhexafluorophosphate was discussed. In addition , compared with the photoinitiators which can be obtained commercially, this kind hybrid photoinitiators have the same efficient in initiating the epoxides.
