Urea is in dominating status of all kinds chemical fertilizer for its high nutrition nitrogen element. But, urea agglomeration can bring its fluidity to graduates away and its quality to become coarsenesss in process of transportation and storage. Plant's sell and consumer's using have been influenced badly since a period of long time. Thereby, that caking causations and additive anti-caking technology of urea and surface spraying and appending process are studied is cared and settled by urea producing enterprise.The investigation and application of actuality was summed up about urea anti-caking technology of domestic and oversea. The caking causations of urea were introduced on basis of agglomerating mechanism. The types and functions of preventing agglomeration agent of urea and appending processes and anti-caking lab technology and effect appraise methods were summarized at present. The intrinsic factors and outer complications of carbamide caking were investigated by experimentation in text. In allusion to urea caking causation and the shortcoming of anti-caking agent in existence, the Mathematics Stat. Model of filtrating anti-caking addition was founded, the Urelax-1 urea additive of water-solubility macromolecule superficial active agent was prepared successfully at last. The confecting condition of important material to influence addition solution performance was tried out. The factors of temperature and humidity and thickness and appending capacity and so on to influence preventing caking effect of addtion Urelax-1 were discussed and compared. For the first time, the active center of anti-caking mechanismof granule to non-continuum but besmearing uniformity was brought forward. Aim at the shortcomings of appending process in existence too, the outside spraying new process of adapting to addtion Urelax-1 was developed. The spraying point was choosed. The spraying flow was designed. The process operating condition of wasVdiscussed.The following important outcomes were obtained through experimentation and development in text. That the urea-self water content and outside moisture absorption are the efficient amse of urea caking was confirmed. That the impetus of urea agglomeration was circumstance temperature change and deposited pressure and urea power content was proved. That urea deposited time and agglomeration rate is in line of direct proportion was testified. The best confect proportion of Polythene Mellow and ABS-Na and Alkyl Sodium Sulfate and Dispersant and Defoaming Agent of weight proportion is9∶6∶5.5∶5∶0.5. The optimum anti-caking effect parameters are: the concentration of Urelax-1 additive efficiency component is 15-25%, appending estimate is 0.03-0.10%, the deposited time of 100% urea anti-caking rate is over one year. The optimum ant-caking effect conditions of outside spraying process are: the double spray is better than single spray, spraying angle of spout is 90? landing height back of the sprinkle point is 70~120cm, transporting distance back of the sprinkle point is over 50m, urea materiel thichness is under 9cm.
