Coking waste water is industrial organic wastewater with high COD and concentration. It is difficult to dispose and may cause serious sequence if it is let out into river without disposing. Conventional biological wastewater treatment cannot dispose it effectively. It is significative to research means to solve it.Catalytic wet oxidation is water treatment technique. It dispose organics into, and at high temperature and pressure in a pressure-tight container.It can degradation organics and of coking waste water and attain discharged standard.We dispose simulative wastewater by catalytic wet oxidation mean and accumulate relative manipulate parameters for the practical industrial use. The primary work content as follows:(1) Prepare and token catalyst for CWO For reduce temperature and pressure for dispose, we prepare transition catalyst.and change technology through adding the second active component and catalytic assistant. Then use it in simulative wastewater dispose and optimize the technology. We adhibit rare earth metal in catalyst and prepare catalyst. It reduces the active component stripping and improves the stability of catalyst. Furthermore we token the catalyst structure by SEM and BET and primary know the relationship between prepare technology and catalyst structure.(2) Research feasible dispose process conditions of different component of coking waste waterThe components of coking wastewater are very complex. Phenol waste water,quinoline waste water and waste water is the major pollutant sources of coking wastewater. For know the specific effect to dispose coking wastewater, we make up relevant simulative wastewater. The experiment research CWO effect at different temperature , pressure and pH., primary know the feasible CWO dispose factors .Withthe catalyst of , COD degradation proportion of Phenol wastewater is 96.4% at 165℃, 1.6MPa of oxygen pressure and pH is 6. The degradation proportion of quinoline wastewater is 94.3% at 200℃,5MPa of oxygen pressure and pH is 3. The degradation proportion of wastewater is 97.9% at 270℃, 6MPa of oxygen pressure and pH is 13. Then we regression the kinetics equations of CWO by examination datas.
