It is a kind of new technique to treat leaking oil medium in the industrial circulating water with biodegradation. In this paper, four kinds of petroleum degrading strains were screened from oil-containing sludge, and by domestication they had been adapted to the environment of circulating water system. Strains N-2 and N-3 were selected for good performances. The degradation rate of N-2 was 78.20% and the endurance temperature of N-3 was over 42℃. The appraisal indicated that N-2 was Pseudomonas sp. and N-3 was Azomonas sp.. Infrared spectrums showed that the degradation productions of the two strains were the same. Because of no antagonistic effect, they could be used as mixed strain H-1. There was no obvious mutual influence between H-l and the water treatment agents in the circulating water system, so H-l could be used in the system safely. By the preparation research, glucose was selected as the carbon source, the rotation rate of the shaker was 125 r/min and the ferment time was 40 hours. From the orthogonal experiments, the best fermentation conditions were as follow: temperature 32℃, pH 7.5 and concentration of glucose 15g/L.The results showed that the fermentation process had little influence on the degradation ability of H-1.The economical and efficient conservation way of the strains under the existing conditions was to freeze them in the refriger after concentrating and adding the protect agent. By using the biomembrane technique, the degradation rate was increased to over 90%, and COD of the water was reduced greatly.
