Synthesis Of Pyrazolate

The preparation of the parent compound,1,3-methylpyrazolone-5,by treating methylhydrazine with diketone,is reported in the paper.The synthesis of 5-pyrazolone derivate and 4-pyrazolone derivative is explored The 5-pyrazolone and 4-pyrazolone derivatives are 1,3-dimethyl-5-(2,4-dichlorobenzoyl)-pyrazole ester and 4-(2,4-dichlorobenzoyl)-5-hydroxypyrazole,which synthesized by 2,4-dichlorobenzoyl chloride and the parent compound .The optimal schemes of 5-pyrazolne derivatives convert into 4- pyrazolne derivatives are studied and the preparation schemes of pyrazolate from 4- pyrazolone derivates and 5- pyrazolone derivates without isolation are designed.The purification schemes of the parent compound,5- pyrazolone derivatives and pyrazolate are also designed in the thesis and the compounds purity were measured by HPLC.The largest scales of the experiments are 5L and the date obtained indispensable for industrial producing is reliable .
