The vibro-cutting as a new method of machining has been successfully used for precise tapping . In this paper, the relationship between tapping torque and excitation parameters is given by using vibration theory. In this base, a new machine is studied.It is verifiable that this device is efficient for improving the accuracy of the surface of the thread.
