At a dose of 1.5kg/ha, it exhibited a broader herbicidal spectrum and good inhibiting rates and the results showed that it might act on weeds in a similar model to that of protoporphyrinogen oxidase-inhibiting herbicides. In order to improve the herbicidal activity of the leading compound, a typical moiety of protoporphyrinogen oxidase-inhibiting agents, aryl ether, was introduced to the sketch and a new series of compound were synthesized. The structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and elementary analysis.Preliminary herbicidal evaluations showed that all the synthesized compounds just give a poor inhibiting rate at 1000mg/L and much weaker than ZNQ-06 itself. The result suggests that chloro atom on 2 position of thiodiazole ring might be necessary to herbicidal activity. | Keywords/Search Tags: | diaryl ether, 1, 3, 4-thiodiazole, herbicidal activity | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
