The Evaluation And The Prewarning Of The Sustalnable Development In Coal Mining Area

Based on the analysis of the sustainable development in coal mining area (SDCMA), the thesis studies the evaluation and the using of the ANN in the prewarning of SDCMA from a compound ecosystem angle. The qualitative and the quantitative methods are used in this process. Firstly, the thesis gives the concept and the characteristics of the coal mining area as well as the connotations of the SDCMA. Secondly, the thesis establishes the indicator system used in the evaluation of SDCMA, and advances an integrated 4 layer fuzzy evaluating model. Finally, the thesis makes a preliminary discussion in the use of the ANN in the prewarning of SDCMA, and puts forward to an assumption of the SDCMA information system.There are 4 innovation points: (1) advancing the concept and connotations of the coal mining area; (2) enriching the indicator system of the evaluation of SDCMA, such indicators as the average increase rate in non-mining output, the degree of the mechanization of coal mining, raw coal cleaning rate, the death rate per million tons output, etc, are added in the indicator system;(3) advancing an integrated 4 layer fuzzy evaluating model used in SDCMA;(4) using the ANN in the area of the prewarning of SDCMA.Nowadays, the economic situation in coal mining area is in serious straits. Meanwhile, many resources in coal mining area such as ecological environment, groundwater, and natural landscape were destroyed seriously. Under these circumstances, I think this thesis will give some instructions theoretically and practically in the evaluation and prewarning of SDCMA.
