| Mineral resources is an important basic resources of the national economic construction,the development and utilization of resources in these mining areas, brought economicprosperity and social development, but at the same time over-reliance on resources has alsobrought many problems, such as the single industrial and economic structure, ecologicalenvironmen degradation, the widening income gap. So how to achieve the sustainabledevelopment of the mining has great research value.From the qualitative and macroscopic aspects, the paper take Yushen mining area as theresearch object, using the system dynamics method and the index comprehensive evaluationmethod, taking the third planning of Yushen mining area as an example to study thesustainable development of the mine. The main research results of this study are as follows:In according with the principle of building evaluation index system, from the practicalsituation of the mine, and with reference to research achievements at home and abroad,establish a set of of sustainable development evaluation index system containing24indicatorsof the Yushen mining. And use the analytic hierarchy process and inear weighting menthod todetermine evaluation model.Based on system dynamics theory, using the Vensim-PLE software, Yushen mining areacomplex system was divided into society, economy, natural resources and environment thesefour subsystems, and drawn operation mechanism diagram of each subsystem of Yushenminging, and cause and effect diagram, then eventual establish a system dynamic model.After verifying the validity of the model, made analogue simulation using this model at thesame time to change the control parameters of the model in a targeted manner,and dosimulation of the three scenarios setting scheme respectively.Using the comprehensice evaluation model of Yushen mining, obtained sustainable degree for many years under the three scheme orderly, and determined the second scheme asthe optimal scheme. The results show that: the capacity of sustainable development in themine shows an overall upward trend, after the implementation of the second scheme, thetraditional development has been transit since2015, then enter the primary stage ofsustainable development in2025, indicating that Yushen mining will develop to the directionof the high sustainable of coordination development gradually.The study of the sustainable development in the paper is different from the staticevaluation of what has been done, by means of system dynamics to simulate the capacity forsustainable development of the mining area, and the mode of regulation of thehuman-computer dialogue made the the results of sustainability more tally with the actual, itcan provide a decision basis for government departments to develop and implement asustainable development strategy of mining area. |
