The Sustainable development is not only the inevitable choice of the development of our human society but the objective requirements of the development of our country's economy. Deng Xiaoping thought much of the adjustment between economic development and population, resources and environment. Standing on the high level of the times, watching the tendency of the world development, keeping close eyes on the domestic developmental practice, he gradually formed the relative and integrated Sustainable Development Theory, The third generation central leader group of the CCP inherits Deng Xiaoping's ideology and by practice they develop his thinking in a creative way. Guided by Marxism, this article discusses systematically Deng's Sustainable Development Ideology and the third generation central leader group of the CCP's new contributions to this ideology, Combining the academic trends, I present my opinions from the methodology character of the new contributions of the third generation central leader group of the CCP to the value of practice and times of Xiaoping's Sustainable Development Theory.There are four parts in this article:The introductionThis part retrospects the forming and developing process of human's sustainable development opinions , on this base, I put forward its meanings,that is, it should not only meet the needs of our times,but also do no harm to satisfy the capacity of our next generation's needs. So the current situation requires us to practise a sustainable development strategy.The second partIt summarizes Deng's Sustainable Development Ideology. This ideology is a comprehensive and systemic developmental point of view, including the economic sustainable developing idea of implementing reform and opening policy, carrying out a faster and more efficient economic developing measure. We should have a ecological sustainable development idea:energetically strengthen the family planning work.strictly control the amount of our population and make great efforts to improve the quality of the population;Accurately deal with the relationship between the economic development and the use of resource, reasonably exploit and make full use of natural resources, legally protect the natural environment, maintain the balance of the nature; enhance the sustainable capacity of the environment.
