The technique handling status of mill system has an important influence on the economy benefit of the cement plant. When the mill output per hour increases 1 ton per hour, it will induce the 1.0-2.0 descent of the electricity consumption. To gain a favorable technique handling status and improve the efficiency of grinding system, it is necessary to give the mill system techno-demarcation, to optimize and balance every technique parameter, to discover and excavate the experience and question during the production, which has an important practical significance on the improvement of economy benefit of cement plant.The article established a corresponding mathematic model of technique parameter via formula concluding on the basis of the classical theory of grinding dynamic. Based on the study the problem of optimization and balance of technique parameter of mill system, a simple method of demarcation of mill parameter has been found and been put in practice in the closed mill system of 4>2.2X6.5M in Guangxi Zuojiang Cement Plant.The result indicated following:(l)the mathematic model under the best optimized balance of theparameter: grinding rate Se= ; when the grinding rate indexn=l,Ro/Re=e(2.718....),Se reach the maximum one and the grinding efficiency reach its tiptop.(2) when Ro/Re=e, the relation between the separating efficiencyand the rate of circulation load is: L =; Ro/Re=e when L and rjtie in a good relation by adjust the fineness of the material of outlet and return, now the grinding rate is maximum. It is pivotal factor to reduce the fineness of outlet material for improving the grinding rate and separating efficiency.(3)the relation between L - (Ro/Re -) is validated by adjusting every technique parameter of the running mill system. We consider that only when 77 is above 40%, it is easier to adjust the parameter during the production to get the target of Ro/Re -> e, here gain the better grinding speed and efficiency.The demarcation of mill system post the pivotal question consisted in the mill system, at the same time the parameter can be adjusted by using the optimized mathematic model. It can be concluded that after the parameters have been optimized and balanced, the output of the mill can be increased 15%~40%, and the specific surface of the product can be increased above 10%.
