Extraction Of Flavonoids From Phyllostachys Pubescens Shoot Shells And Leaves

Phyllostachys pubescens and its leaves are rich in China. The study is to find a simple, safe and efficient technological process to extract flavonoids from Phyllostachys pubescens leaves and shoot shells.In extracting flavonoids from Phyllostachys pubescens leaves and shoot shells, the influence of temperature, time and ratio of solid to liquid are investigated. Water is used in extracting flavonoids from Phyllostachys pubescens shoot shells, while water, alcohol, acetone are used for Phyllostachys pubescens leaves. The influence of ultrasonic intensity on extraction are also studied from Phyllostachys pubescensleaves in the self-designed ultrasonic extractor with a jacket. The suitable extracting conditions are as follows.Ultrasonic extraction.
