This paper studied the mechanism of the Koch synthesis catalyzed by solid acid, which use olefin and carbon monoxide as the materials, and improved the synthesis technics.On the studying of the catalysts such as sulphonated resin > Pentasil-type borosilicate Zeolite and SO42YMxOy etc., we choose the SO42VZrO2 as the catalyst which has a higher activity. During the experiment, it is found that the temperature is very important to the activity of the catalyst, but at high temperature some side reactions occur. For example: isobutylene react with each other produce dimer. The higher the pressure, the better the activity of the catalyst is, and it can control the side reactions to a certain extent, the best using conditions for SO427ZrO2 catalyst is at 7MPa and 150癈.On investigating the preparation of the catalyst and analyzing the influential factors for the activity, we study the suitable technics of the catalyst preparation. In order to increase the catalyst properties, we study the bimatel oxide composite SO42VZrO2-La2O3, and investigate the influential factors during the process of the preparation. To increase the selectivity we lade La ion on the catalyst carrier. Through measure the token of the catalyst, we analyze the different preparing factors and discuss the dead and recycle of the catalyst. In a conclusion, we think that the dying of the catalyst occur when the produce are accumulated to some degree in the hole of the catalyst, and we can recycle it by baking the catalyst in the muffle.We discuss the transfer problems of the g-l-l-s phase reaction. The mass transter can be enhanced ,when we introduce sulfuric acid and cuprous oxide into this system.The model is formed to describe the transference of the martial between the four phases: gas-liquid-liquid-gas, which can explain some problems. We analyze the dead of the catalyst, and make a conclusion that the surface of the catalyst is covered with some compounds such as bluestone, which lessen the activity points of the catalyst and debase the activity. |
