Abstract/Summary:
According to the principles of simplicity, energy saving, high efficiency and practicability, the process feature of Continuous-Flow Intermittent Aeration reactor treating the effluent from anoxic biofilter (AF) wastewater is studied in this thesis. Aeration quantity is determined by dissolved oxygen experiment, that is 1050L/h. Then, the optimization operation cycle is determined by the experiment of COD,nitrogin and phosphorus removal, when HRT equaling to 1.33 hour,1.78 hour,2.67hour, the cycles is made up of different aeration time and intermittent time. The results of this experiment show that when aeration equaling to 1050L/h,HRT equaling to 1.33 hour, aeration lasts 3 hours and anoxic mixing lasts 2 hours or aeration lasts 2 hours and anoxic mixing lasts 2 hours the concentration of COD,BOD5,NH3—N and SS of effluent can meet the first class discharge as required by China's National Standard (GB8978-1996) of Wastewater Discharge and the two cyclesˊs phosphorus removal efficiency are 28% and 32% repectively. The two cycles are the better cycles. Dynamics models and corresponding coefficients on the degradation of NH3-N,NO3-N are determined by dynamics analysis. Through these models the operation condition and the operation parameters can be adjusted according to required effluent quality.
