To improve the comprehensive performance of the quartz fiber reinforcing phosphate composites and reduce corrosion function in the quartz fiber, the components of Aluminum phosphate adhesive were discussed in this paper. Molding process and Protective coating which was coated in the surface of Quartz fiber have been discussed in the efffection of composites. Excellent performance of phosphate composites were synthesised. With the application of TG-DTA, Viscosity Test, Bending Test, Dielectric Test, SEM, the changes of water, P:Al, the selection of packing, Protective coating, Molding process in the efffection of composites were discussed.The components of Aluminum phosphate resin have great impact on mechanical and dielectric properties of composits. Through the changes of water, P:Al, the selection of packing, Aluminum phosphate resin have been modified. With the application of Bending and Dielectric Test, the best synthetic method of aluminum phosphate resin have been obtained:Al:P:Cr:Fe =1:3:9:4;water content was 32g/100g resin. POSS , which was coated in the surface of Quartz fiber, have played a role in anti-corrosion. The resin had significant corrosion on quartz fiber in high temperature. So mechanical properties of composits were poor. As POSS had the character of bearing high temperature, different kinds of POSS have been coated in the surface of Quartz fiber. As follows:POSS-20,POSS-30,POSS-50,POSS-60. Composite materials with differentPOSS protective coating have been synthesized. With the application of Bending Test, SEM, POSS-60 played the best role in anti-corrosion. Different concentrations of POSS-60 have been studied, discussing the anti-corrosion effect. At last, 25% POSS-60 had the best anti-corrosion effect.Craft was an important parameter in the process of composite preparatio. By the temperature, time and pressure to change , and judge the performance of the composite resting on the size of bending strength.
