This paper researched on the error synthesis model, established a new method for geometric error identification of multi-DOF meter and a new method for thermal errors geometric based on fuzzy neural network. Finally give the simulation results of machine tool thermal error compensation, and gives the new error compensation of the CNC laser cutting machine.Details as followers:(1) Researched the kinematics error analysis of multi-body system based on the basic theory of the multi-body system error analysis kinematics. Take three-axis machine tool for example, establishment the coordinate system of various components of machine tool through analysised machine topology. Established an space positioning errors integrated model of three-axis CNC machine tool according to the "tool - Bed" campaign chain between cutting tools, spindle and the relationship between the kinematics chains of the machine bed and the workpiece.The model provide a theoretical basis for machine tool error identification and compensation.(2) For machine tool thermal errors for nonlinear time-varying characteristics, Analysised the deficiency of nine-line method based on the geometric error parameter identification method for machine tool error parameter identification problem, given the thinking of measured the geometric error used multi-DOF geometric error detector. Proposed a method for parameter of thermal errors based on fuzzy neural network modeling.
