Tire is an important part of automobile, it's not only supporting the load, transmission power, driving force and steering force to the ground, and assume the role of buffer damping, but also play an important role on the comfort, handing, safety, economy and efficiency of car. Currently, the finite element analysis in tire design is becoming more and more widely, but due to the complex structure of the tire, it's difficult for the general finite element software and pre-processing software to mesh the tires in automatic, furthermore, the process of tire mesh by hand is complex and inefficient. Therefore, it's necessarily to find a more effective method of tire mesh. In addition, in the finite element simulation of the interaction between tire and road surface, the tire model is a static model or a single model mostly, and the road surface is also an ideal plane model. But many important properties of the tire is shown in the process of moving, so it's necessarily to establish a dynamic rolling tire model to simulate the performance of tire in the process of moving, and the road should be uneven, this have important application value in the tire transient response analysis and vehicle dynamics simulation.First, based on 11.00R20 cord radial tire, according to the tire material distribution and stress distribution, mesh the tire reasonably, and then use the secondary development language AutoLISP which is come with AutoCAD, write a cord radial tire generation program. This program fully account the differences of the tire structure, and can generate the inp file directly in the AutoCAD environment which can be imported into ABAQUS for the post-processing, eliminating the process of conventional radial tire finite element mesh, improve the the efficiency of get tire grid. At the same time, the program can input the material parameters of the tire directly in AutoCAD, which can reduce the workload of post-processing of the tires.Subsequently, established the three-dimensional finite element model of tire, and completed the simulation analysis of tire inflation, static load and free rolling conditions, and finally use the ABAQUS/Explicit explicit algorithm to finish the dynamic rolling condition of the tire rolling through the cosine pothole. Compared when under different conditions, the force distribution of the tire cord in the part of tire contact with ground, and the forces of the belt end and the tire carcass turn-up-side along the circumferential direction; meanwhile, analyzes the changes of tire dynamic responses at different speed, pothole depth and length when the tire past through the pothole.
